You’ll have the opportunity to grow within a motivated and supportive remote-working team, while actively contributing your expertise and know-how.

Your mission

  • Full sales cycle: from prospect qualification and advisory meetings with mid-sized companies and large groups, all the way to contract closing and client follow-up.
  • Strategic development (40–50%): designing and implementing sales strategies aligned with market trends and company objectives – with a particular focus on inbound.
  • Analysis & reporting: creating sales reports, monitoring KPIs, and defining concrete measures to improve performance.
  • Teamwork at eye level: close coordination with internal consulting teams to ensure a smooth client handover and long-lasting partnerships.
  • Learning & development culture: participation in trainings, knowledge sharing during team meetings, and active contribution to improving sales processes and tools.
  • Active new business acquisition (50–60%): developing new B2B contacts through cold outreach, lead generation, and meeting scheduling – with a focus on grant consulting and energy advisory.

Your profile

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, Customer Success, Software Sales, or Business Development
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting, lead generation, or developing relationships with existing clients
  • Strong interest in topics such as innovation, energy efficiency, sustainability, or digitalization
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent)
  • Strong analytical, communication, and results-oriented mindset (a true closer attitude)
  • Native-level French, with English being an asset
