Position
For the further development of our products, we are looking for a creative and strategic UX Designer (m/f/d) who will shape the user experience of our software products while also taking ownership of our corporate design.
Your mission
- Take ownership of the user experience of our software products, from concept to implementation
- Design intuitive user journeys, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research and usability analyses, deriving actionable recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate closely with developers, management, and other stakeholders throughout the product development process
- Gather, evaluate, and prioritize requirements while contributing to product strategy and roadmap planning
- Ensure a consistent user experience across all products
- Drive the development and maintenance of our corporate design and brand identity
- Build and maintain a scalable design system and related design guidelines
- Create visual concepts for digital products, marketing materials, and internal communications
- Act as the key interface between business, users, and the development team
- Contribute to the ideation, design, and launch of new features and product enhancements
Your profile
- Several years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or a similar role
- Strong expertise in designing user-centered digital products
- Hands-on experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Understanding of product management processes and agile methodologies
- Experience collaborating with software developers and cross-functional teams
- Strong sense for branding, corporate design, and visual communication
- Structured, self-driven, and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
